1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the kd555 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. kd555 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use or unauthorized access. The account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kd555 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

kd555 supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. kd555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kd555 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion occurs through a third-party payment provider, applicable fees may apply, determined in accordance with that provider's policies.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from a third party (someone who does not hold the account) are not accepted into a kd555 account. If such a transaction is identified, kd555 reserves the right to return the funds and close the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at kd555, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds are not transferable to other accounts.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• kd555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a breach of bonus terms or evidence of fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The kd555 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. kd555 reserves the right to void or amend a bet in cases of technical error, incorrect quotation, or other unusual circumstances. Always verify the details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Result Determination

The results of all sports and casino games are determined in accordance with the applicable rules. In disputed cases, kd555's decision will be considered final. Games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are operated by recognized methods to ensure fairness.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit from a single bet may apply for certain games or betting markets. These limits will be stated in the guidelines for the relevant game or event. Winnings exceeding the limit will be capped at kd555's maximum limit.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kd555:

• Gaining unfair advantage through fraud, collusion, or coordinated betting.
• Misuse of bonus funds or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above activities are identified, kd555 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses.

11.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, subject to wagering conditions being met.

11.2 Closure by kd555

kd555 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Provision of a false identity or information.
• Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

12 Amendments to Terms
